Receiving Your Shipment

It is important to give an delivery address where someone is present to sign and receive your goods. AusPost will not leave your parcel if the delivery address is unattended. 

Delivery Times

Delivery times will often vary depending on the items you have ordered, the quantity you have ordered, stock availability, public holiday interruptions, and so on. Presuming that your order can be fulfilled immediately (i.e. product is in stock in our warehouse and doesn't need to be backordered with the supplier) then you can expect your goods to ship the same or next business day. Once shipped your order will take between one and seven business days to arrive depending on your location.
